Biography
Anguzu ‘ADJ’ Cadribobega commenced his career in 2003 as a disc jockey specializing in Hip-hop, R&B, reggae, and dancehall genres. Throughout his career, he has performed at a variety of prominent venues throughout South Africa and Lesotho, participating in numerous high-profile events, including the pre-party for the South African Music Awards, the Kome Caves Beer Festival, and the Maletsunyane Braai Fest. He has collaborated on stage with esteemed DJs such as Waxxy, Tseko, C-Live, Lemonka, and Kentphonic, as well as notable artists including Mo’ Molemi, Liquid Deep, HHP, and Kommanda Obbs. In 2005, Mr. Cadribobega earned his Diploma in Audio Engineering and Production, graduating at the top of his class. He has since established himself as a freelancer specializing in audio production for television, radio, live sound, and studio work.
His television production credentials encompass significant projects such as “Coca-Cola Football Stars” and “Big Brother Africa.” Furthermore, he has produced music for various artists, including Kommanda Obbs, D2AMAJOE, and Nobody for President. In September 2008, Mr. Cadribobega began his radio career with The Ultimate Radio as a presenter. During his tenure there, he hosted and co-hosted several programs, including “The Ultimate Breakfast Reloaded” (UBR), “The Hit Factory,” and “The House of Ultimate” (THOU). A passionate sports enthusiast, he also served as a sports anchor, producing and presenting a dedicated sports show while delivering sports news and updates during all drive-time programs.
